The kitchen with Dutch-made, wood, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops has state-of-the-art appliances, ice maker, Wolfe 5-star gas cook top, 42” Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 Fisher and Paykel Dishwashers, Frigidaire Clothing Washer/dryer, top of the line appliances and two (2) sinks. The dining area can accommodate 10 for formal entertaining, and, along with the adjoining living room, has a direct water view. The ground floor bedroom, with bathroom and shower, is located in a quiet area of the townhouse for maximum privacy. The three-foot thick walls of the original mill ensure sound sleeping. For outdoor entertaining, there is a waterside patio.
	The Second Floor The Second floor consists of a spacious master bedroom overlooking the harbor with separate shower and bath ensuite and a large sitting area; a connecting study and entertainment room with large flat screen TV/DVD player, computer, WIFI Broadband access and a pullout sofa bed; a second bedroom with king size bed or king twin singles and a private bathroom ensuite with shower/bath.
Pool Area The Complex boasts a swimming pool and gym overlooking a spectacular view of the marina and ocean. Marina 39-slip marina for the exclusive use of the homeowners. The marina accommodates boats up to 45 feet in length with water depths of 10 to 17 feet. It features electronic access security, a wave attenuator system and complete utility services.  Dining There are 12 restaurants within an easy walk of the townhouse and a number of bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors and a large children’s playground.   Recreation    For the lovers of the out of doors, there is swimming, fishing, boating, cycling, jogging and a myriad of other activities right at your doorstep including a scenic shoreline board walk.
